Alphabetic Filter From the Enlarged View Window and View List Window.
Either of the two windows mentioned above show the alphabetic filter. Please click on the link for an explanation or view the graphics below to see the windows. When you see a letter highlighted in white, it denotes that there are entries in the title that begin with that letter. So, for instance, in the graphic above there are titles that begin with the letters C, D, E, F, K, L, M, N and P. Similarly there are no titles that begin with the letters that are not clearly visible. Thus, in the graphic above there are no titles that begin with the letter A, B, G-J, O, Q-Z.
By clicking on a particular letter, Command Control will list all the entries that begin with that letter.
